Sep 27 : ICYM Bantwal Unit organised a blood donation camp on 23rd September2018 at Bantwal church hall in collaboration with ICYM Bantwal Deanery, Catholic Sabha Bantwal, Lions and Lioness Club Bantwal and Fr Mullers Charitable Institutions.

The programme began with a prayer song led by ICYM members. Minol Braggs Secretary ICYM Bantwal Deanery welcomed the gathering. Rev Fr Maxim Noronha, Parish Priest presided over the function and gave the presidential address. The dignitaries on the dias inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp. Dr Christina Goveas enlightened the audience on the importance of donating blood. Annet Dsouza Secretary ICYM Bantwal Unit delivered the vote of thanks. The programme was compered by Melisha Dsouza an ICYM member.

With this the inaugural programme concluded followed by blood donation by the donors. Around 60 donors donated blood. The programme was conducted under the guidance of Sunil Lewis ICYM Animator. Avinash Dsouza ICYM Unit President and Annet Dsouza Secretary co-ordinated the programme. The blood donation camp received an appreciation from all and thus turned out to be a successful event.
