Aug 29, 2024 : Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) Delanthabettu unit organized "Pavusa Shivor", sports and games event for the parishioners on the occasion of the feast of Nativity of Blessed Virgin Mary , on August 27 at St Paul's Church ground, Delanthabettu.

The Pavusa Shivor event began after the Eucharistic celebration. The inaugural programme began at 9:30 am with a prayer song. Naveen Dsouza, liturgy secretary of ICYM Delanthabettu unit invited the guests and welcomed the gathering to the programme. Parish priest Fr. Sunil Praveen Pinto , parish pastoral committee vice president Mrs Seline Dsouza , parish commission coordinator Mr Albert Felix Dsouza ,d ICYM president Mr. Avil Dsouza , Secretary Prema Dsouza, sports secretary Alwin Dsouza were present on the dais. During the inaugural programme, parish priest Fr. Sunil Praveen Pinto addressed the gathering.

Judges were Ms.Laveena Dsouza and 2 youths. Alwin Dsouza unit sports secretary along with Fr. Sunil Praveen Pinto unit director conducted various games and sports to entertain the crowd. Various fun-filled games were conducted.

Breakfast and lunch was arranged for the parishioners. Liturgy Secretary Naveen Dsouza rendered vote of thanks. At the end of the event, the parishioners and ICYM members joined for the baila dance.
