Nov 10 : Indian Catholic Youth Movement Indabettu unit in association with ICYM Belthangady Deanery organized ABLAZE-2K22 cultural competition on 6th November 2022 at St Francis Xavier church hall Indabettu.

The chief guest was Fr. Praveen Dsouza, director of the Belthangady Deanery, and Fr. Steeven Dsouza, director of the Indabettu unit. Also Mr.  Fredrick Rodrigues, Vice  president of the parish council, and Mr.  Vincent D'souza, secretary of parish council were present on dais.

Indabettu unit president Melisha Shalini Pinto welcomed everyone , there was a formal inauguration by blasting the balloon from each unit president. Thereafter at 11:30 Mr. Jackson Eric Dcosta hosted the quiz.

After lunch, a cultural competition was held that included dancing, singing, and a treasure hunt. The judges were Mr. Joyston D'souza and Ms. Sushmita Dcuna, Mr.Joyson Emmanuel, Ms. Linna Rodrigues and Ms. Annie Mascarenhas.

Valedictory program was hosted by Asha Lobo. Fr. Praveen Dsouza and Fr. Clifford expressed their gratitude towards the entire program. Santhosh D'Souza announced winners of each competition, secretary Denita Rodrigues gave vote of thanks appreciation.

Later on the Indabettu unit performed a dance and the program concluded with the baila dance. Nearly 250 youths participated and supported actively in the event.
