Sep 26 : ICYM Kinnigoli Organised Teachers' Day for all the teachers of the parish on 24th September 2023 from 11.30 am to 1.00 pm in the church hall.

Rev Fr. Faustine Lucas Lobo Director of ICYM Kinnigoli Unit, Rev Fr. Vivek Deepak Pinto Asst Director, Rev Fr. Lancy Saldanha, William Dsouza Parish council Vice-president, Michael Pinto Parish council Secretary, Sr. Prema Latha, Naveen D’Costa - 21 Commissions representative, Youth Commission Representative Vincent Mathias and ICYM Secretary Sarah Mathias were the Dignitaries on the dais. A total of 60 Teachers were present for the programme.

The programme began by invoking God's blessings through a prayer song led by ICYM Members. The MC was performed by Daisy and ICYM President Rohan Fernandes welcomed the guests. The inauguration of the programme was done by the guests present on the dais by lighting the lamp.

Rev Fr. Faustine Lucas Lobo spoke a few words on Teachers Day followed by a song dedicated to the beloved teachers sung by the ICYM members. A number of games were conducted for the teachers by ICYM Vice President Kenneth Gavin Dcosta. Then they asked a few teachers to share their experience of their teaching career. Mementos were given to all the teachers.

Sarah Mathias presented the vote of thanks. Rev Fr. Lancy Saldanha blessed the food. Lunch was provided for all the people who were present for the programme.
