A Blood Donation Camp along with Health Check-up and Health Cards was held in the St. Sebastian’s parish on Sunday, 29th June 2014. The Catholic Sabha, ICYM and SSVP associations along with Fr Muller Medical College Hospital organized the event. The Camp was inaugurated at 9.00 am by lighting the lamp. The Parish Priest Rev John Baptist Saldanha, the Asst P.P. Rev Fr Rupesh Madtha, the Vice-President of the Parish Pastoral Council Mr. Lukas D’Souza, the Secretary Mr. Demetrius D’Souza, the Blood Camp team leader Dr. Priya from Fr Muller’s, the President of Catholic Sabha Mr. Denis D’Souza, the President of ICYM Mr. Noel D’Soza and the President of SSVP Mr. Richard   D’Souza were on the dais. 

The SSVP members lead the audience into prayer. Mr. Denis D’Souza welcomed the gathering, Miss Flancita D’souza of ICYM regarded vote of thanks and Mr. Josline D’Souza compeered the program. The Camp ended at 1.00 pm. 

More than 60 people donated blood, 110 people had their health check-up and nearly 200 people got their Health Card done. Thus the program was a success.
