March 18 : Indian Catholic Youth Movement Mogarnad unit in collaboration with Mogarnad sports club organized "MPL-2 (Mogarnad Premier League)" at Devamatha English Medium School, Amtoor Ground on 13th March 2022.

The inaugural programme commenced by seeking God’s blessings through a prayer song. Melroy Pereira, President of the Mogarnad unit welcomed the gathering. 

Rev. Fr. Dr. Mark Castelino, Parish Priest of Mother of God church Mogarnad and Mr. Francis Mascarenhas inaugurated the tournament along with Sr. Annie Headmistress St Antony Higher Primary School; Mr. Salvodor Lobo, Mr. Sunny Lobo Sports Secretary, Mr. Noel Lobo Animator ICYM Mogarnad Unit, Ms. Renita Dsouza Secretary ICYM Mogarnad unit, who were the dignitaries of the inaugural program. 

Rev. Fr. Dr. Mark Castelino addressed the gathering with his valuable words and wished good luck to all. 

Total 6 teams participated in the tournament :

2. United Brothers Melkar
3. Black Panthers
4 Team Golden Eagles
5. Mighty Bulls
6. Sky Walkers 

Valedictory programme was conducted towards the end of the tournament which was witnessed by Mrs. Renny Fernandes, Teacher, St Antony High School.

Team Friendship Circle Amtoor emerged as champions of the MPL-2 whereas Team Balck Panthers were the 1st runners-up of the tournament and Team Golden Eagles emerged as 2nd runners-up.
