Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) Vittal and YCS Vittal jointly organized 'Children’s Day Celebration' on 10th November 2024 at Our Lady of Dolours Church, Vittal. The programme was organized right after the second mass at church premises.
The event began with an action song that boosted up enthusiasm and created a fun atmosphere. ICYM Vice president, Mr. Dilroy Mascarenhas hosted the event and welcomed the gathering. Fr.Ivan Michael Rodrigues, Parish priest of Vittal church, ICYM Animator Thomas Mascarenhas and YCS Animator Flavita encouraged the children throughout the programme. Different varieties of games were conducted from std 1st to 10th fostering fun, laughter and entertainment. The Winners of the competition were congratulated and informed that winners would receive prizes on Christmas night. Altogether 80 children participated in this event.
