Aug 29, 2024 : ICYM Katipalla unit in collaboration with the youth commission hosted 'Mhin Mhintha’ on 18th August to celebrate the youthfulness among the parish youth. The program commenced with the prayer service rendered by the ICYM members.

Rev. Fr. Richard D Souza, the director of Mother Teresa deanery & the assistant priest of Surathkal parish and Rev.Fr. Santhosh Lobo Director of ICYM Katipalla & parish priest of Katipalla along with other dignitaries were present for the inaugural program. Ms. Deena Dsouza President of ICYM Katipalla extended a warm welcome to the gathering and the guests.

The resource person for this day was Rev. Fr. Anil Fernandes who addressed the gathering on the benefits and disadvantages of AI. Mr.Royston Rodrigues & Team conducted the ice breaking session, Ms Deena Dsouza & ICYM Members engaged the crowd with action songs and Mr. Royston Rodrigues conducted games and activities which kept the youth involved and energised.

The members of youth commission, women's commission, worker's commission and commission of social welfare helped throughout the event.
Mr.Royston Rodrigues delivered the vote of thanks and the event was compered by Ms Iral D Souza.
