ICYM Mukka Unit organized Cooking without Fire Competition on Sunday, 21st July 2019 at Holy Spirit Church premises, Mukka at 3:30 p.m. 

The programme was organized in order to increase healthy eating habits. 12 teams took part in the competition. The participants exhibited their culinary skills and prepared nutritious and healthy dishes with fruits, vegetables and sprouts etc. It was a feast for the eyes and stomach as well. 

The participants coined very interesting and creative titles for their dishes and presented them in a artistic style. Rev. Fr Cyril Pinto - Parish Priest, Holy Spirit Church, Mukka appreciated the efforts of the participants and congratulated the winners.
