Sep 7 : Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) Hospet Unit along with Catholic Sabha Hospet organised a free vaccination camp in collaboration with Community Health Centre - Moodbidri, Gram Panchayat Hosabettu and Geleyara Balaga Hosabettu, Puchamoagru at Community Church Hall, Hosabettu on Saturday 4th September 2021 at 9:30 am.

Parish Priest of Hospet Church, Rev. Fr. Gregory D’souza inaugurated the program and congratulated all the organizers for arranging the program. Bahubali Prasad - Advocate, President of MCS co-operative bank delivered the message on the significance of getting vaccinated in order to protect ourselves against Covid-19.

Shanthamma - Senior health helper of Health Department, Valerian Cutihna - President of Iruvail Gram Panchayat, Meenakshi - President of Hosabettu Gram Panchayat, Hosabettu Panchayat members - Wilfred Mendonca, Pradeep, and Sacheendra, Vice president of Parish Pastoral Council - Manohar Cutinha, ICYM Hospet unit president - Winston Joel Sequiera, Laveena Pinto - President of Catholic Sabha were also part of this free vaccination camp.

The program was compered by Shiny Mendonca - Secretary of ICYM Hospet Unit. Laveena Pinto - President of Catholic Sabha proposed vote of thanks to all the staff members of Health Department and organizers for successfully organizing this free vaccination camp. About 300 people got vaccinated and benefited from this camp.
