Nov 22 : Indian Catholic Youth Movement (I.C.Y.M.) Jeppu Unit organized 'Youth Trophy -2k22' - Mangalore Diocese Level Interparish Football Tournament on 06th November 2022 at St. Joseph ground , Jeppu.

The event Commenced at 9:30am with the prayer. ICYM Director Rev.Fr. Maxim D'Souza, Church Vice President Alwin Mirandha, ICYM animators Mr.Micheal D'Souza and Mrs. Shalet Dsouza , ICYM President Teena Pashao, ICYM Secretary Josna Vas, ICYM Sports secretary Sean Moreira and the parishioners as well as ICYM members had gathered for the Inaugural Ceremony.

The ICYM President Ms.Teena Pashao welcomed the gathering.

Chief Guest Mrs Jacintha Alfred wished all the players and encouraged them to keep up the sportsmen spirit.

Fr. Maxim Dsouza delivered a message and wished well for the tournament.

Teams from 17 Parishes participated in the Football Match. Gurupura Parish were declared winners and Cordel Parish as runners up.
The winners were presented with Trophies and a cash prize of Rs. 11,111 and Rs. 8,888.

Event was a grand success with active participation of all team players and the Jeppu Unit members.
