March 25, 2025 : ICYM Bajpe Unit organized Vaividhyamai Spardo 2025 (ವೈವಿಧ್ಯಮಯ್ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೊ), an inter-ward variety competition, on Sunday, March 2nd, at St. Joseph's College Auditorium at 3 PM. The event commenced with a formal program.

Anil Lobo, Parish Pastoral Council Vice President Mr. Stany D’Souza, Parish Pastoral Council Secretary Mrs. Gracy Sequeira, ICYM Animator Ms. Frenita Tauro, ICYM President Ms. Melria Saldanha, and Secretary Ms. Carol Lobo were present.

ICYM members invoked blessings with a prayer song. ICYM President Ms. Melria Saldanha welcomed the guests and the gathering. The guests lit the lamp, marking the formal inauguration. The Director, Rev. Dr. Ronald Cutinha, addressed the gathering. ICYM Secretary Ms. Carol Lobo proposed the vote of thanks. Mr. Rohan Pinto compered the event.
Ms. Sonali introduced the judges for the competition—Mr. Stany D’Souza (Bela), Mrs. Sapna Crasta, and Dr. Priyanka Menezes. Ms. Carol Lobo briefed the participants on the competition rules. Six wards actively participated, presenting a variety of themes.
The valedictory program began with a general welcome, followed by an encouraging address by Mr. Stany Bela. Prizes were distributed to the winners and participating wards. The results were as follows:
• First Place: St. Paul Ward
• Second Place: St. John Paul II Ward
• Third Place: St. Francis 1
The event witnessed active participation and thought-provoking themes. Ms. Carol Lobo compered the valedictory program.
