March 31, 2025 : As part of the Lenten season, the ICYM Bajpe Unit organized a Taize prayer on Sunday, March 23, at 6:30 PM at St. John Paul II Shrine, Bajpe.
The prayer was graced by the presence of Parish Priest Rev. Dr. Ronald Cutinha, Assistant Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Vivian Rodrigues, St. John Paul II Shrine Chaplain Rev. Fr. Anil Lobo, and Kripa Sadhana Minor Seminary Rector Rev. Fr. Vincent D’Souza, along with parishioners.

The ICYM President Ms. Melria Saldanha welcomed the gathering, setting the tone for a spiritually enriching evening.
The prayer was led by YCS/YSM Mangalore Diocese Director Rev. Fr. Roshan D’Cunha and his team. It featured spiritual hymns and the Word of God, creating a serene atmosphere of worship. The ICYM members beautifully decorated the Altar of the Holy Cross with illuminated lamps, enhancing the sacred ambiance.
An hour of prayerful reflection amidst the glowing lights provided a profound and divine experience with Jesus. Many parishioners actively participated, making it an evening of deep spiritual reflection.
At the conclusion, Ms. Carol Lobo, ICYM Secretary, proposed the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all who contributed to making the evening meaningful and prayerful.
