Sep 28 : ICYM Bambil unit celebrated Teachers' day and Pratibha Puraskar on 18th September 2022 in the church hall. Programme commenced with the prayer song led by Jevita Monteiro and team. Parish Priest Rev Fr Naveen Prakash Dsouza, Parish Pastoral Committee Vice President Mrs Shanthi Almeida, Secretary Mrs Jeshma Frank, All Committee Coordinator Mr Antony Rebello, teachers representative Mrs Reena Rego, ICYM Animator Mrs Flavy Dsouza, President Ms Anna Maria Pinto were the dignitaries on the dais. ICYM President welcomed the gathering and Joswin Dsouza briefed on the importance of teachers in our life.

Parish Priest and more than 20 teachers were felicitated during the programme. Mrs Reena Rego gave insights on teachers day celebration in our country. 9 students were felicitated for their achievement in the educational field and then Rev Fr Naveen gave his presidential address.

Few games were conducted by Alwin Veigas in which all the teachers participated enthusiastically and the prizes were distributed to the winners. Roshni Sequeira rendered the vote of thanks. Melita Rozario anchored the programme. Breakfast was served to all the audience.
