July 24 : The Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM), Bambil Unit, along with the YCS Unit, the Environment Commission, and the Youth Commission, celebrated Vanamahotsava on July 21 2024, right after the first mass.
Santhosh Veigus, the MC of the program welcomed the gathering. The event was graced by the presence of the Parish Priest and Director of ICYM Bambil Unit. Fr. Anthony V Lewis , Commission Coordinator Mr. Wilson Crasta, Bantwal Deanery Lady Vice President Preemal Cutinha, ICYM President Roshni Sequeira, Secretary Prinson Miranda, YCS President Preethan Miranda. Parishioners and youth were also present.

Environment commission coordinator Shanthi Pinto welcomed the gathering. The Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Anthony Lewis delivered a presidential speech highlighting the importance of planting trees and spreading awareness towards the need to protect the environment. YCS President Preethan Miranda thanked the gathering.
Five saplings were symbolically planted in front of the church. Following this, the saplings were distributed to the parishioners. The program was a resounding success, by planting saplings. The program ended up cleaning surrounding.
