March 4 : ICYM Loretto Unit Organized Loretto Trophy - 2022 Diocesan Level Underarm Cricket tournament on 29th and 30th of January, 2022.

The inaugural ceremony commenced at 8:30 in the morning with a prayer song. Parish Priest Rev Fr Francis Crasta , Loretto Nirmala Convent Superior Sr Agnes Andrade, Vice President of Pastoral Council Mr Roy Carlo , Secretary of Pastoral Council and Animator of ICYM Loretto unit Mr Alwyn pinto, Pastoral Council Co-ordinator Mr Cyprian Dsouza, President of ICYM Mangalore Central Council Jaison Crasta, ICYM Karnataka Region Lady Representative Viola Lewis, President of ICYM Loretto Lozil D'Souza, ICYM Sports Representative Rimsal Dsilva were present. The Parish Priest addressed the gathering with their motivational words and inaugurated the tournament along with the guests.

It was a two day event and a total of 28 teams from the diocese participated in this tournament .Talented players from different units played very well and showed their sportsman spirit and it truly was a feast for the eyes of the viewers in the Lady of Loretto church Ground.

Parish Priest Rev Fr Francis Crasta , Loretto English Medium Principal Rev Fr Jason Monis , Loretto Kannada Medium Principal Sr Idoline Rodrigues , Pastoral Council Ex Vice President Mr Issac Vas, Secretary of Pastoral Council and Animator of ICYM Loretto unit Mr Alwyn pinto were present for the Valedictory Ceremony.

St. Martin's Belvai team bagged up the runners trophy and Modankap team claimed the winners trophy.

ICYM Loretto Unit President Lozil Dsouza rendered Vote of thanks. Melisha Sequeira compered the event.
