ICYM Madanthyar unit celebrated Vanamotsava on 20th July 2014 after 7.45a.m. mass in the church campus. Rev. Fr. Lawrence Mascarenhas, Parish Priest and Director of ICYM Madanthyar unit planted the sapling and symbolically inaugurated the program. Many saplings were brought from forest department Belthangady and distributed to the parishioners. Later few saplings were handed over to the warden of Maria Kripa Girls Hostel and Headmistress of Gardian Angles Higher Primary school.

Rev. Fr. Clifford Pinto, Asst Parish Priest and Asst Director of ICYM Madanthyar unit, Sr. Reshma Fernandes, Lady Animator, ICYM Madanthyar, Mr. Jaison Gonsalves, President,  Mr. Arwin Moras, Secretary, 25 ICYM members and Parishioners were present to this program. Mr. Rohan compeered the ceremony.
