Member of Christian Community at Madanthyar held a protest in front of Punjalkatte Police Station on 27th Sunday. ICYM Madanthyar Unit joined this protest after the youth café program. Soon after the youth café at 4.30 p.m. all the youth joined hands with the other associations in this protest rally. This rally was related to spreading of malice against the priests of the church as well as the church by writing anonymous letters besides distributing pamphlets containing materials meant at tarnishing the images of priests. ICYM Madanthyar Unit joined all the other associations of the parish and other parishioners. There were around 120 youths in this protest rally.
