Aug 1 : ICYM Nainad unit organised “Pavsa Khel” an inter-ward water games event for the parishioners of St. Francis Assisi Church, Nainad on Sunday, 31st July 2022, at church ground Nainad.

Chief guest Rev. Dr. Rocky Fernandes, Parish Priest & Director of ICYM unit inaugurated the event by dropping the fish into the water along with other dignitaries on the dais. Enas Rodrigues - Vice President, Pramitha Rodrigues - Secretary of Parish Pastoral Council, Sr. Monthi Dsouza - Superior of St. Joseph School Nainad, ICYM animator Avil Moras , President Jaison Rodrigues and Secretary Anisha Fernandes were the other dignitaries of the program.

Jaison Rodrigues welcomed the guests and the gathering. Director and the guests delivered their speech. Various games like water passing with paper glasses, sponge race, water balloon balance, special water relay etc., were conducted by the ICYM animator and the President. The parishioners actively participated in each game.

ICYM Belthangady Deanery President Prakash Dsouza visited and encouraged the players. Trophies were awarded to the winners.

At the end, lunch was arranged for the parishioners by the ICYM team. It was a day full of enjoyment and one to cherish.
