ICYM Venur unit inaugurated the action plan for the year 2019-20 on Sunday, 14th July 2019 at the Christ King Church, Venur. The programme commenced with the Holy Solemn Eucharistic celebration, which was celebrated by Rev. Fr. Manohar Dsouza O.F.M Cap. Ninet Moras – Member, ICYM Venur unit welcomed the gathering. ICYM Venur unit felicitated all the former executive members and the parishioners for their constant support and appreciation.

Rev. Fr Peter Aranha – Parish Priest, Christ King Church, Venur in his presidential address said "I am always amazed by the work of ICYM Venur unit and I appreciate their efforts to serve the society. I am extremely proud of you all specially for bagging the third best unit award in the diocese and 2nd best unit award in the deanery.

Rev Fr Manohar Dsouza – Director, Dayalbagh Seminary, Arun Crasta - Vice president Venur Gram Panchayat, Ronald Dsouza - Vice president, Steeven Dcunha – Secretary, Venur parish pastoral council, Sharon Pinto – President, ICYM Belthangady Deanery, Arun Dsouza and Sr. Wilma Dsa - Animators, Delson Dsouza – President, Reshma Fernandes, Secretary - ICYM Venur unit were the dignitaries of the programme. Ronson Tellis compered the programme.
