Aug 18 : Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) Niddodi unit conducted "Quiz Competition - 2022" for all the parishioners on 15th August 2022 at 3:00 pm in the Church Hall. The program commenced with a prayer song.

Chief guest and Quiz master Mr Jackson Eric Dcosta, Parish priest and ICYM director Rev Fr. Denis Suares, vice president of Niddodi Parish council Mr John Kishore Dsouza, President of ICYM Kinnigoli Deanery Ms Marvel Mathias, Secretary of ICYM Kinnigoli Deanery Mr Lester Lasrado and President of ICYM Niddodi Mr Stallan Serrao were present on dais.

Ms Reesha Dsouza welcomed the gathering. The event was inaugurated by lighting the lamp. The Parish priest delivered an insightful message on the importance of competitive spirit and appreciated the youth for organizing such competitions.

After the stage program, the stage was handed over to the Quiz master, 8 teams were participating in the quiz and everyone equally contributed to the team’s success. The quiz master was excellent at testing the intellect of Niddodians but was surprised by the intelligent response of the participants.

At the end of the program, the quiz master announced the winners. The program ended with vote of thanks delivered by Ms Shannel Dsouza.

Overall, it was a fun-filled day and was a huge triumph for Niddodians.
