Aug 23, 2017: Our Lady Of Mercy Fajir Church organised "YUVA EKVOT" program on Sunday August 20, 2017. This program was initiated by ICYM unit of the parish based upon a theme of responsibilities of a Catholic Youth towards the Church and Society.
The program began by seeking God's blessings and then by lighting the lamp. On this occasion Rev. Fr Valerian Pinto Parish Priest gave his valuable message to the youths. Alwyn Agrar was the resource person. He stressed upon the youth to utilize facilities provided by government & to know their responsibilities in society & there by to achieve their life goal by choosing proper decision at right time.
Some entertaining activities were conducted. On this occasion Parish Pastrol Vice-president Roshan Dsouza, Secretary Victor Mendonsa, Brother Larry Pinto, Cultural & Youth Committee President Santhosh Dsouza were present. In total 113 youth utilized this valuable opportunity. The program concluded with ICYM Dhey Geeth.
