Jan 9 : On the occasion of Christmas, ICYM Vijayadka unit organized ‘NATHALANCHO DHABAZO’ on 24th of December 2019 at 9:00 p.m after the holy Eucharistic mass. The program commenced with a welcome dance by the members of Sodality of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Prajwal DSouza – President, ICYM Vijayadka Unit welcomed the gathering.

The program was inaugurated by cutting the Christmas cake to spread the joy of Christmas. Fr. Joseph DSouza – Assistant Administrator - Ryshivana, Fr. Edwin Santhosh Monis - Parish Priest - St. Lawrence Church Vijayadka, Sr. Daisy - Superior - St. Lawrence Convent, Sr. Josephine Felciana Moras - Superior - Dolorous Convent, Henry DSouza - Vice President - Parish Pastoral Council, Rozina Veigas- Secretary – Parish Pastoral Council, Thomas Ferrao - Newly elected Vice President of Parish Pastoral Council and Prajwal DSouza – President - ICYM Vijayadka Unit were present on the dais for the inauguration.

Fr. Joseph DSouza addressed the gathering. Contributors were honoured to repay the favour. Spot game was conducted by Jeevan Prakash D'Souza. ICYM, YCS, children of Shanthi Ashram and 6 wards actively performed the cultural programs such as tableau, dance, carol singing etc. Christmas cake draw contest was conducted. Rakesh Monteiro, Elvita Reema D'Souza and Ashwitha D'Souza compered the program.
