Sep 1 : Indian Catholic Youth Movement, Ranipura unit inaugurated Golden Jubilee Year (1969 - 2019 ) on Sunday, 18th August 2019 at Our Lady, the Queen of the Universe Church, Ranipura.

The programme commenced with a dance on the " Year of Youth " theme song. Ms. Fevisha Monteiro and team invoked God’s blessings. Sanil Dsouza - President, ICYM Ranipura unit welcomed the guests and the gathering.

The programme was inaugurated by launching the logo of Golden Jubilee Year by the chief guest Rev. Fr Santhosh Dsouza - Parish Priest, Our Lady, the Queen of the Universe Church, Ranipura along with Mr. Naveen Dsouza - Vice President and Mrs. Letitia Dsouza - Secretary, Ranipura Parish pastoral council, Sr. Meena - Superior, Bethany Sisters Convent, Deacon Ashwin Dsouza, Bro. Adarsh Rodrigues were the dignitaries of the programme. Rev. Fr Santhosh Dsouza addressed the gathering and congratulated the youths.

On behalf of Golden Jubilee Year, A youth gathering programme “Yuvamilan - 2K19” was organised for the betterment of youths. 68 youths witnessed and enjoyed the event as a memorable day to remember.

Mr. Lanwin Lobo, Urwa - Resource person of the day put forth his thoughts and motivated the youngsters. Deacon Ashwin Dsouza conducted an activity session and interacted with the youths. Sonu Dsouza - Secretary, ICYM Ranipura unit proposed the vote of thanks. Ms. Vinita Dsouza compered the programme.
