Nov 26 : ICYM Bajpe unit organised Children’s day celebration on 14th November 2021 at 3pm in the church hall. Rev Dr. Ronald Cutinha - Director ICYM Bajpe, Rev Fr. Roshan Dcunha - Assistant director, Juliet Moras - Secretary Parish Pastoral Council , Roshan Pereir - ICYM animator , Sonali Noronha - President ICYM Bajpe, Carol Lobo - Secretary, Alexandar - Sports secretary were the dignitaries.

ICYM members invoked God’s blessing with a prayer song. Sports secretary Alexander welcomed the gathering. ICYM Bajpe unit director Rev Dr Ronald Cutinho inaugurated the event and then addressed the children with his valuable words. The programme was compered by Raoul Noronha.

After the stage programme various indoor games were conducted by the ICYM members. Jean Pinto and Royston D’souza took the leadership in conducting the games. Children were divided into 10 groups and the games were conducted groupwise. All the children participated with great enthusiasm. In between games ICYM members conducted a few action songs.

At the end the prizes were distributed by Fr. Clany D’souza, Rector, Kripa Sadhana Minor Seminary, Bajpe. Towards the end, Larson Pinto proposed the vote of thanks.

ICYM members distributed snacks to all the children. Everyone participated actively and enjoyed the evening. 121 children were present.
