Aug 14 , 2023 : The ICYM Bajpe Unit celebrated Friendship Day on Sunday, August 6th at the Church Mini Hall.

 

The Parish Priest Rev. Dr. Ronald Cutinha, ICYM Animator Ms.FrenitaTauro, ICYM President Mr.Glevin D'Souza, Secretary Ms.Melria Saldanha and members of ICYM were present.

 

Mr.Glevin D'Souza welcomed the gathering. The message for Friendship Day was delivered by the Parish Priest Rev. Dr. Ronald Cutinha. He spoke about the importance of nurturing friendships among the youth and provided insights into sustaining our friendships.

 

During the event, members present tied friendship bands to each other to commemorate Friendship Day. This was followed by various group games and action songs conducted by Ms.Frenita Tauro  and Ms.Sonali Noronha.  Prizes were distributed to all the winning groups. All the members actively participated and had fun together. Many new joiners introduced themselves to others and got to know each other better. The Animator  Ms.Frenita Tauro was presented with a special gift on behalf of ICYM for her continued support to the organization. 

 

Ms.Sonali Noronha proposed the vote of thanks. Finally, the event was concluded by singing the ICYM theme song.
