June 12 : ICYM St.John Paul II Vittla Deanery in collaboration with ICYM Mogarnad unit organised ' Annual General Meeting and Election 2024' at Mogarnad Church Hall. Deanery Director Rev. Fr. Anil Dmello, Sushanth Fernandes Deanery Representative from Central Council, Jaison Dsouza Auditor, Liana Rodrigues PRO, Deanery President Praveen D Cunha, Joint Secretary Savitha Pinto, Unit President Avit Lobo, Secretary Melvita Pereira , Mr. Santhosh Vice President Parish Pastoral Council were present.

Deanery president Praveen D Cunha welcomed  guests, Savitha Pinto submitted the Annual Report in the general meeting. Treasurer Manvith Veigas submitted all expenses of the year.

After the Honor Program, Deanery Election was held for the year 2024-25. Election was conducted by the Deanery Representative from Central Council and Treasure Sushanth Fernandes. Before the Election he briefed about the  office bearers post and their responsibilities and conducted the election smoothly.

After the elections, the former office bearers of the year 2023-24 handed over their charge to the newly elected office bearers.
The oath-taking ceremony took place. Deanery Director Rev. Fr. Anil Dmello administered the oath, emphasizing the commitment to selfless service and dedication towards the association's goals.

The newly elected president spoke on the occasion and thanked everyone for electing him as the president. Former Deanery President Mr. Praveen D Cunha thanked everyone for supporting ICYM during the years and also for the co-operation and gave memento to Deanery executive committee members.
Deanery director Fr. Anil Dmello, Mangalore diocese ICYM Director Fr Ashwin Cardoza addressed the youth and wished them for the upcoming year.
Sushanth Fernandes, Deanery Representative from Central Council, shared his experience and addressed the youth.
