Sep 5 : ICYM Mogarnad unit organized Teachers' day celebration for all the teachers of the parish including Catechism teachers on Sunday 4th September 2022 at Mother of God church mini hall.

Rev. Fr. Paul Pinto - Director of ICYM Mogarnad unit, Mr. Noel lobo -Animator, parish pastoral council vice president Mrs. Eida Crasta, Secretary Mr. Salvodar Lobo, Ex parish pastoral council vice president Mr. Mark Dsouza, President ICYM Mogarnad, Ms. Reema Crasta and secretary Josphine Babitha Dcunha were present on the dais.

DMYM member Anisha Pinto welcomed the gathering. Rev. Fr. Paul Pinto in his presidential speech spoke on the importance of value based education for children and teachers role in providing it.

Retired teachers were felicitated for their long years of devoted services in the field of education and church. The program was interspersed with spot games and prizes were distributed to the winners soon after the games ended.

Reshma Dcunha proposed vote of thanks, Flavita priya compared the program. About 61 teachers were present for the celebration.
