Sep 5 : ICYM Delanthabettu Unit organized "Teachers' Day" celebration for all the teachers of the Parish including catechism teachers, on Sunday 4th September, 2022 at St Paul's church hall. The program commenced after the holy Eucharistic celebration at 7:30am.

The program started with a prayer song led by ICYM members. Clavon Dsouza, President of ICYM unit welcomed the gathering. Parish priest  Fr. Sunil Praveen Pinto, Fr. Peter Serrao , Pastoral Vice President Mouris Dsouza, and Secretary Robert Dsouza,  Parish Commissions President Albert Felix Dsouza and ICYM Animator were the dignitaries present on the dais.

The guests inaugurated the event by lighting a lamp. Wishing song was sung by ICYM members to teachers. Rev Fr Sunil Praveen Pinto, ICYM Director  in his speech highlighted the importance of teachers in our life and talked about his teaching life.

As a token of love, Fr. Feter Serrao gave memento with respect and gratitude for all the teachers. Mrs. Janet, one of the teachers, shared her teaching experience.

All the ICYM members  enthusiastically participated and entertained the teachers by conducting games. Liturgy secretary Sushmitha Dsouza was the host of the program.  Vice-President Avinash Dsouza proposed a vote of thanks.
