ICYM Moodbidri Deanery in collaboration with ICYM Alangar unit organised "Yuva Sangathpan” – A youth gathering programme for the youths of Moodbodri Deanery on Sunday, 04th August 2019 at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church Hall, Alangar

The programme commenced with a prayer service at 2.30 pm. Roydon Fernandes President, ICYM Moodbidri Deanery welcomed the guests and the gathering. Yuvaspoorthi Rev. Fr Ronald Prakash Dsouza – Director, ICYM Mangalore Diocese presided and inaugurated the programme along with Rev. Fr Francis Crasta – Director, ICYM Moodbidri Deanery, Leon Loyd Saldanha, Bendur – Diocesan Youth President, Veena Vas, Shakthinagar – Diocesan Youth General Secretary, ICYM Mangalore Diocese.

Alwyn Danthy – Resource person for the session, motivated the youths towards agricultural sector and enlightened the youth by saying their important role in the Environment. He addressed the young catholic youths about grabbing the opportunities in administrative sectors. On the occasion of Friendship Day, Rev. Fr Francis Crasta distributed saplings to each units of the deanery.

Jaison Leroy Pereira, Shirthady - Immediate Past President, Vijay Crasta, Bela – Auditor, Ancita Cordel - Lady Vice President, ICYM Karnataka Region and Diocesan Youth Representative for ICYM Moodbidiri Deanery from ICYM Mangalore Diocese, Elroy Patrick Saldanha, Omzoor, Lavita Miranda, Neermarga and Jovel Fernandes, Naravi conducted group activities for the Youth of Moodbidri Deanery. During the occasion, ICYM Moodbidri Deanery celebrated Laudato Si (EcoFriendshipDay) in the premises of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, Alangar. Joselyn Dsouza – Secretary, ICYM Moodbidri Deanery rendered the vote of thanks and Elroy Pereira compered the programme.
