Sep 2 : ICYM Fermai unit organized Inter-ward Quiz competition "ಜಾಣ್ವಾಯೆಕ್ ಸವಾಲ್ - 2024" on 1st September 2024 at 10 AM in the Church Hall. ICYM member Arwin introduced the Quiz master Jackson Eric Dcosta and ICYM President Vijay Fernandes welcomed the quiz master.
The quiz began at 10:30 AM. Totally 7 wards participated in this competition. Each team consisted of 4 members. Each and everyone equally contributed to the team's success. There were a total of 9 rounds in the quiz competition. The competition was based on Bible and General knowledge.

After the quiz, the stage was handed over for the formal program.
Parish Priest Rev.Dr.Mark Castelino, Quiz Master Jackson Dcosta, Parish Council Vice President Clara Pinto, Secretary Mark Prakash Lobo, All commissions' coordinator Prashanth Saldanha, Service Commission coordinator Mouris Dsouza and ICYM president Vijay Fernandes were present on the dais.
ICYM Vice President Shannon Pinto took over the formal program as well as welcomed the guest on the dais. Later opinions were asked from the participants regarding the quiz held. Jackson expressed his gratitude for giving him an opportunity and also appreciated ICYM Fermai unit for the arrangements made. Parish Priest Rev. Dr Mark Castelino gave his insights on how a quiz competition will help to increase our knowledge.
Later on Jasmine Saldanha announced the winners. Overall it was a Joyful and a successful event.
