Sep 4 : The Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) of St. Anna Church, Kelarai, organized the program "Gadhyanth Gammath" on Sunday, September 1st, at the Kelarai Tharigudde Fields. The event began at 9:30 AM with a prayer song sung by the ICYM members, followed by a blessing from the parish priest Rev. Fr. Sylvester D'Costa. The ICYM Animators, Mr. Vinod Pereira and Mrs. Linet Crasta, along with ICYM President Mr. Roopesh Dsouza, Secretary Ms. Alisha Crasta, Sports Secretary Ms. Preethi Fernandes, Parish Pastoral Parishad Vice President Mr. Santosh D'Costa, Secretary Mrs. Celine D'Mello, Resident Priest Fr. Roshan Fernandes, Corporator Mr. Raghu Salian, and Ms. Jayanthi Devas, were among the dignitaries present.

The event was further enriched by the participation of people from all religions. On this occasion, Mr. Jude Cornelio, a farmer who has been donating grain for the harvest festival for many years, was honored. Lunch was provided for all attendees. Various competitions were held from 10 AM to 5 PM, and in the evening, prizes were distributed to the winners.
The stage program was emceed by Ms. Sweedal and Ms. Reha, while the dignitaries present were honored with mementos. ICYM Kelarai Lady Vice President Ms. Manisha D'Souza welcomed everyone, and Secretary Ms. Alisha Crasta delivered the vote of thanks. The event was compered by Mr. Santosh D'Costa and Mr. Benoy D'Souza
During the competition ICYM City Deanery executive committee and ICYM MANGALORE DIOCESE EXECUTIVE committee members visited the programme. People of all ages, from children to elders, participated in various competitions and enjoyed themselves in the muddy fields.
