Aug 31 : ICYM Bondel unit held 'YUVA PRAKRUTHI' on Sunday, 25th August 2019 at St. Lawrence Church Hall, Bondel.

The programme commenced with a prayer song. Alrick Dsilva - President, ICYM Bondel unit welcomed the guests and the gathering. Rev. Fr Cyril Lobo - Assistant parish priest, St. Lawrence Church Bondel presided and inaugurated the programme.

Mr. Roshan Belman was the chief guest and the resource person for the day, Rev. Fr Clifford Pinto - Assistant parish priest, St. Lawrence Church Bondel and Assistant Director, ICYM Bondel Unit. Mr. Henbert Pinto - Vice president, Bondel parish pastoral council, Mr. Wilfred Alvares - Animator, ICYM Bondel unit and Mr. Steevan Noronha - Animator, YCS Bondel unit. Ivy Melisha Dsouza Derebail - President, ICYM City Deanery, Sheldon Alvares Derebail - ICYM Karnataka Regional Youth Representative, Alrick Dsilva - President and Caroline Pinto - Secretary, ICYM Bondel were the dignitaries of the programme.

The programme was inaugurated by planting a sapling. Rev. Fr Cyril Lobo and Mr. Henbert Pinto addressed the gathering. Caroline Pinto - Secretary proposed the vote of thanks. Leon Loyd Saldanha Bendur - Diocesan Youth President and Veena Vas - Diocesan Youth General Secretary of ICYM Mangalore Diocese, Sapna Gonsalves - Secretary, ICYM City Deanery had paid a visit to the programme.

Mr. Roshan Belman took over the session and gave a talk on 'Humanity and Nature'. After the post lunch session, youths were divided into groups and various games, action songs were conducted. Valedictory programme was held and the prizes were distributed. The event was concluded with a baila dance.
