Aug 13 : As a part of an overnight stay training program, ICYM Central Council organized “How to conduct a stage programme and its protocols” by Mr Roshan Madtha and "Ethics a Leader should follow for effective leadership", by Mr Manoj Fernandes on 6th & 7th August 2022.

The first session on “How to conduct a stage programme and its protocols” was conducted by Mr Roshan Madtha. Ms Viola Reshma Lewis - Regional Lady Representative welcomed the speaker, Vice President DEXCO gave the vote of thanks. Mr Anil John Sequeira – Diocesan ICYM President gave a memento as a token of gratitude to the speaker.

The session was quite interesting and informative. The speaker gave insights on what type of programmes could be conducted pertaining to the current scenario. The speaker taught different action songs and ice breaking games. The leaders got to learn a variety of games and action songs which could be used in the future. Overall it was a fun and an interactive session.

Another session on "Ethics a Leader should follow for effective leadership" was conducted by Mr Manoj Fernandes Kirem by explaining his own experience as a youth leader. Mr Frayal Gladson Cross - Auditor welcomed the speaker, Ms Philomena Fenandes PRO proposed the vote of thanks and Mr Anil John Sequeira – Diocesan ICYM President gave a memento as a token of gratitude to the speaker. Different insights regarding the effective leadership and team building were given by the speaker.

Rev Fr Ashwin Lohith Cardoza - ICYM Director, Diocese of Mangalore, Mr Anil John Sequeira – President, Ms Nishal Preemal Dsouza – General Secretary and all the Central Council members were present throughout the session.
