Sep 1, 2022 : Episcopal city deanery conducted “I love India” a short video competition for all the units under ECD on the occasion of Azadi ka Amrit Mahostav (Independence day). Six units of the deanery namely Jeppu, Bejai, Ashoknagar, Cascia, Valencia and Thannirbavi participated in this competition. The last day for the submission of the video was 20th of august. The participants were asked to make a video of how they celebrated independence day at their units. All the units paid tribute to the nation by hoisting the flag and organizing some events. The video was of 3 mins. Judging criteria was purely based on creativity , execution, video quality, editing and also on maximum number of views on Youtube.

The results were announced on 25th of August. As per the judgement, Thannirbavi unit won the first place and Cascia unit won the second place. The main intention of this competition was to encourage our youth to celebrate 75th anniversary of independence.
