Sep 5 : ICYM Episcopal City Deanery conducted Leaders’ Training Program on 31st of August 2022 at Valencia church hall at 3:00pm for the presidents, secretaries, treasurers and Amcho Yuvak / media representatives of all the parishes under ECD.

ICYM Valencia unit took over the leadership of arranging the training program at their parish followed by refreshments.

Anvitha Edna Ferros was the MC for the day. Rev.Fr. Ronson Pinto, Director of ICYM ECD began the training program by invoking God’s blessings. Assistant parish priest of Valencia Rev.Fr. Vijay Monteiro encouraged them with his presence.

Mr. Jaison Lawrence Crasta (ICYM diocesan President for the year 2021-2022) was the resource person for the day. A wonderful session on who is a leader and the qualities of a true leader were conducted by the speaker. The speaker also conducted a few activities to make the session more interesting . It was an effective session.

The training program was followed by the first council meeting. Ms. Nishal Preemal Dsouza secretary of ICYM central council was also present for the meeting. Refreshments were served post meeting.
