March 16 : Indian Catholic Youth Movement Belthangady Deanery and Badyar unit along with Fr. L.M Pinto Hospital Badyar, Fr. Muller Medical College Mangalore, and health department of Belthangady deanery organised Blood Donation camp at Fr. L. M. PINTO Hospital, Badyar on Sunday 12th March 2023.

Parish priest of Badyar unit Rev Fr. Melwin D'Souza, Vice president of Parish pastoral council Mr Valerian Crasta, Secretary of Parish pastoral council Mrs Premalatha Frank , Director of ICYM Belthangady Deanery Rev Fr. Praveen D'Souza, ICYM Belthangady Deanery representative Winston Sequeira, ICYM Belthangady Deanery president Prakash D'Souza, ICYM Badyar unit president Manish Sequeira, Dr. Aron, Fr. L.M Pinto Hospital administrator Sr. Jyothsna and ICYM Badyar Unit Animator Mr Rajesh Serrao were on the dais.

The program started with the prayer song and later dignitaries of the programme inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp.

ICYM Belthangady Deanery director Rev Fr. Praveen D'Souza addressed the gathering, Dr. Aron spoke about the benefits and uses of blood donation and President of the programme Fr. Melvin D'Souza delivered his presidential speech.

At the end of the program President of ICYM Badyar Manish Sequeira honored all the guests by giving momentos as a token of gratitude.

Manish Sequeira welcomed the gatherings. Arvin Goveas rendered the vote of thanks. Rishal Goveas anchored the inaugural function. Around 70 donors donated Blood and this programme ended successfully.

Nearly 15 ICYM volunteers along with the committee members were present.
