Nov 8 : ICYM Miyapadavu Unit celebrated the "Birthday of their beloved Director Fr.Edwin Vincent Corea " on 27th October 2024 at 10:00 am in the St.Joseph Hall of Our Lady of Fatima Church, Miyapadavu. ICYM Miyapadavu Unit Director Rev Fr.Edwin Vincent Corea, Animator Mrs Sylvia Santhanaz, Parish Council Vice-President Pradeep Dsouza, YCS Animator Renisha Dsouza, President Anwisha Cutina, ICYM Deanery Lady Vice President Ashwitha Cutinha, and the Coordinator of all the Commissions of the Parish Mr Charles D Souza were present on the dais.

The programme commenced with a prayer song and ICYM Vice President Ajay Monteiro welcomed the gathering. The highlight of the event was the cake cutting ceremony. Fr.Edwin Vincent Corea was invited to cut the cake. This moment brought everyone together in a joyful celebration with heartfelt smiles. ICYM members dedicated a song to the Director and performed a dance . YCS members also dedicated a song to the Director and gave a small gift. As a token of love, a small gift was presented to the Director by all the ICYM members. Parish Council Vice President Pradeep Dsouza appreciated the ICYM members for conducting the programme. Fr.Edwin expressed his gratitude towards the youth for gathering to celebrate his birthday.

The vote of thanks was delivered by Jesvitha Dsouza. Melwin Dsouza served as the MC for the programme.
