June 26, 2024 : The Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) Bajal and Society of St. Vincent de Paul (SSVP) Bajal, in association with Shri Dhanvantari Clinic, Yekkur organized a free health check-up camp on Sunday, June 23, at Bajal church hall. The camp took place from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
The event was inaugurated by the Parish priest, Rev. Fr. Andrew Dsouza. Present on the stage were Mrs. Poornima Rao, proprietor of Shri Dhanvantari Clinic, Mrs. Vani Shetty, President of Lions Club Pumpwell Kalpavruksha, Ayurvedic Doctor Dr. Jyoti K, Vice President of the Church Parish Council Mr. Maurice Dsouza, Secretary Mrs. Lydia Lobo, Convener of All Commission Mr. Liston Dsouza, SSVP President Mr. Edwin Pinto, and ICYM Bajal President Ms. Jasmine Dsilva.

Mrs. Gracy Noronha welcomed the dignitaries on stage. Ms. Jasmine Dsilva gave a vote of thanks, and Ms. Reshal Monteiro hosted the program.
The health camp offered free Blood Sugar tests, BP tests, Hemoglobin tests, and consultations for various issues. About a hundred citizens from the Bajal area benefited from this event.
