Oct  8 : ICYM Neermarga Unit organized ‘Fancy Dress’ competition for children, starting from nursery to 2nd PUC and ‘Cooking without fire’ inter-ward competition on 6th October, 2024 at 4 pm in the church hall.

The event commenced with a prayer song led by ICYM members, Jenisha Mendonca and Ocheal Serrao introduced the judges followed by briefing on rules and regulations of the competitions. All the Parishioners actively participated in the competitions. The Judges for the competitions were Mervin Vas and Bianca Saldanha.

In the stage program that ensued next, Parish Priest Fr. Paul Pinto, Secretary of Parish Pastoral Council Usha Fernandes, Mervin Vas, Bianca Saldanha, ICYM Animator Prasad Vas, President of ICYM Christopher Dsouza and Secretary of ICYM Deona Dsouza were present on the dais. Christopher Dsouza welcomed the gathering. Judges of the competition were presented with mementoes. Ashton Dsouza announced the winners in each category and they were awarded the prizes. Deona Dsouza proposed the vote of thanks. The Master of Ceremony for the formal program was Rovin Fernandes.
