Sep 2 : Cloth drive is an annual event done by the youths of ICYM Paldane since the past year. It’s a custom where the youths collect clothes from the parishioners and distribute it to the needy.
This Year the Cloth drive was held from June 23 for a week. The announcements were made during the mass and youths collected the offered clothes before /after mass or during the week using collection boxes. The collection work was done until 30 June 2024.

The collected clothes were then sorted out according to their age category, their type of wear and their quality conditions. These were then offered to various shelters in need. There were a total of three places where the clothes were donated to. There were over 30 packages of clothes donated to different children orphanages as well as adult care homes. It was truly a great experience for youths to see the joy and gratitude on the residents' faces. The last set of cloth packaging was donated on July 14th.
