Christmas Carols and Celebrations by ICYM Bejai Unit : 

1 : The Members of ICYM Bejai unit along with members of YCS visited each house of the ward and sang Christmas Carols visiting 4 wards per day which was started on 15th of December and continued till 22nd of December. The season's Greetings were given and the Holy Gospel was read and Reflections were given before the start of Carols. Each Carols singing went upto 20 to 25 minutes per ward. Fr JB Saldhana The parish priest, Fr Suraj Lobo Assistant Parish Priest, Fr Robert D'Souza- Principal of Lourdes Central School, Fr Jaison Pais, Sisters of Angela Convent, Vice President of PPP Mr Ashok Pinto, Mrs Preethi Gomes Secretary of PPP, Rohan Sequeria Animator of ICYM Bejai, Accompanied them During the Carols.

2 : "Souharda Christmas" a Road show, in association with Lions and Leo Club Centennial, Catholic Sabha - Bejai, Senior Citizens Association - Bejai, Commission for Peace and Justice - Bejai took place on the 17th of December at 6:00 pm in Bejai market premises. ICYM members sang Christmas Carols and also a drama was enacted on the Birth of Jesus Christ by the members ICYM, YCS and Altar Servers of Bejai Parish. ICYM Members also helped in volunteering for this event.

3 : On the account of Christmas, ICYM Bejai conducted "A December To Remember" competitions which included Fancy Dress, Greeting Card Making and Face Mask Making Competitions for the Children of Bejai Parish only studying from Std 1st to Std 10th. A total of 50 children had taken part in these competitions. Rev Fr Santhosh D'Souza and Deacon Avinash Pais were the judges for these competitions.

4 : Crib Making Competition, Star Making Competition and Infant Photo Contest Competitions were open to all the parishioners of the Church. There were Creative Natural Cribs, Stars Made by the Parish Members. There Were 2 Categories in the Infant photo contest. The judges for these competitions were Br. Agil Roy, Br. Alexander SJ, Br. Ankesh Kumar SJ and Br. Anthony. The competition results were decided to be announced on 31st December 2022.

5 : This year the ICYM Members were given the incharge of making the crib in the Church premises. They were guided by other parishioners of the Church. They also Volunteered for the Christmas Celebrations at the Church on Christmas Eve 2022.
