Sep 9, 2023 : A delightful Teachers' Day celebration took place at St. Rita Church Cascia on 3rd September, with MC Ms. Janessa Merle Dsouza ensuring the event ran smoothly. The festivities began with a warm welcome speech by Ms. Delora Dsouza, setting the tone for the day.

The highlight of the event was a heartfelt speech by the church Priest, Fr. Eric Crasta, who expressed gratitude and admiration for the dedicated teachers. The approximately 25 teachers in attendance were not only appreciated but also treated to a series of fun activities and games, ensuring their enjoyment throughout.

The event's success was largely attributed to the efforts of nearly 20 ICYM members who organized and coordinated the celebration. Their hard work paid off, as the teachers had a fantastic time and expressed their pleasure at the event's execution.

Adding to the entertainment, the YCS members performed a lively dance, keeping the spirits high. The day concluded with a vote of thanks from YCS member Ms. Jennica Dsouza, acknowledging the collective effort that made the celebration memorable.

Mrs. Gulobia Tauro, one of the esteemed teachers, took the stage to express her heartfelt gratitude to the ICYM members for orchestrating such a wonderful event.
