Aug 20 : On Sunday, 11th August 2024, ICYM Cascia Unit, along with YCS, celebrated National Youth Sunday. The day commenced with active participation in the Holy Mass, which included a special prayer for all youths.
After Mass, a small youth get-together session was conducted. Anil Rupesh Dsouza, YCS/ICYM Animator, welcomed the gathering. Later, Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Eric Crasta addressed the youths, encouraging them to unite and work for the betterment of all youths, parishioners, and society. He listed out various activities that could be conducted in this regard. Ms. Gulobia Tauro, Secretary of the Parish Council, was also present to show her support and encouragement.

Twenty-six youths attended the event. Anil Rupesh Dsouza, ICYM Animator, proposed a vote of thanks and concluded the session with a dinner together. It was a great day, providing an opportunity for all youths to interact with each other, making this session a successful one.
