Aug 1 : Fr. Anil Avid Lobo who had been the principal of St. Mary's college Bela for the past three years, was given a warm send off on Sunday, 13th June 2023 at 09.00am in the church mini hall.

A brief send-off program started with a prayer. Joel Crasta, president ICYM Bela unit welcomed the gathering.

Jestin D'souza read the honor letter. Joel Crasta facilitated Fr. Anil and Maxi Rosten Dsouza presented the flower garland to Fr Anil. Honour letter was presented by Glad Janet Crasta and ICYM memento was given by Benita Crasta and a small gift by ICYM Bela was presented for Fr. Anil by executive committee members.

Fr. Stany Periera, director highlighted his achievements, his service to the institutions, church and expressed their gratitude for his selfless service.

Fr. Anil has touched the hearts of many Bela parishioners during his tenure as a parish priest and ICYM that will be cherished by all those who had very close encounters with him.

In his address to ICYM, Fr. Anil with a joyful heart thanked all ICYM members and well-wishers for their support and cooperation during his period from 2019.

Glad Janet Crasta proposed a vote of thanks and compered the program.
