Oct 20 : Karnataka Regional Youth Commission KRYC holy cross journey began in Mangalore South Deanery on 5th October 2022.
The KRYC Holy cross was handed over by Bejai church of Episcopal city deanery to Nithyadar parish of Mangalore south deanery on 5th of October 2022 at 4:45 PM. Rev. Fr. Suraj Lobo – Assistant Parish Priest Bejai, handed over the KRYC Holy Cross to Fr. Antony Lasrado of Nithyadar church. Nithyadar ICYM president Ms. Jevita Ferrao Mangalore South Deanery Vice president Jaison D'Souza, Secretary Achelle  D'Souza, Mangalore South Deanery Executive Committee, Council members and youth of Mangalore South Deanery were present . On 6th of October , The KRYC Holy Cross was handed over to Permannuru parish. Parish priest Rev Fr Cyprian Pinto, ICYM members and Parishioners were present while receiving the cross.

On 6th October 2022 ,ICYM Permannur Unit Received the KRYC Holy Cross from ICYM Nithyadar Unit . The KRYC holy cross was received by the parish priest of St.Sebastian Church , Permannur,  Rev. Fr.Cyprian Pinto  along with the ICYM Permanur youth and  parishioners. The cross was handed over by  Rev.Fr. Antony Lasrado the parish priest of Nithyadar church and the parishioners. An Hour  of prayer was conducted by  Rev.Fr. Cyprian Pinto  and special prayers were offered for the youth. On this special occasion the unveiling  of the invitations of the inauguration and blessings of the newly constructed St.Sebastian Auditorium was conducted . Around 400 Devotees were present.
On 7th October 2022 the holy cross was taken  in procession to the Fajir Church.

On 7th of October 2022, KRYC Cross was handed over to Our Lady of Mercy Church, Fajir by Permannur parishioners. The Holy cross was reverentially received by ICYM fajir director Fr. Anil Joel Dsouza and ICYM Fajir president Jaison Dsouza in the presence of ICYM members and parishioners. A Prayer session was conducted by the ICYM members on 7th October 2022. The KRYC Cross  was handed over to Ranipura Church on 8th October 2022.

On 8th October 2022, ICYM Ranipura unit received the KRYC holy cross from ICYM Fajir unit at 4:30pm.Rev.Fr.Jayaprakash Dsouza, ICYM members and ranipura parishioners were present to receive and honor the holy cross.At 6 :30 pm , St. Joseph Vaz  Mangalore South deanery  in collaboration  with ICYM Ranipura  unit organised  taize prayer prayer . The taize prayer was led by Fr. Premprakash along with the  choir team  Ranipura . More than 50 youths and parishioners  were present  for the taize prayer. On 9th of  October the KRYC Holy cross was handed over to  the Panir  Unit.                          

The KRYC holy cross was received by the ICYM Panir  unit from ICYM ranipura unit on 9th October 2022. The KRYC holy cross was handed over by Rev.Fr.Jayaprakash parish priest of ranipura church and the holy cross was received by Rev.Fr. Victor D Mello parish priest of Panir church and brother Loywin through the initiative of  ICYM members and  Parishioners. Prayer service was conducted by the Parish priest and special prayers were offered from the youth. On 10th October 2022 the KRYC Holy cross was taken to Vijayadka parish.

On 10th of October 2022, ICYM vijayadka unit received the  KRYC Holy Cross from ICYM panir unit at 4:15 pm. Vijayadka Parish priest Rev.Fr. Edwin Santhosh Monis , Mr. Thomas Ferrao Vice President of parish pastoral council , Mrs.Rozina Veigas Secretary of parish pastoral council , Mr. Prajwal Dsouza President of ICYM Vijayadka unit , the youths of ICYM Vijayadka unit and the Vijayadka parishioners were present to receive and honour the Holy Cross.
Rev. Fr. Edwin Santhosh Monis welcomed the Cross . After that prayer service was conducted in the church , led by the youth .Around more than 80 people were present
On 11th of October KRYC Holy Cross was handed over to Bola Parish at 4:30 pm. Around 20 ICYM Vijayadka unit youths were present during this handover.  

The KRYC holy cross was received by the ICYM Bola  unit from ICYM Vijayadka  unit on 11th October 2022 at 4.30pm . The KRYC holy cross was received by Rev.Fr. Fredrick Correa parish priest and handed over by Rev. Fr. Edwin Santhosh Monis Parish priest Vijayadka parish. Rev. Fr. Fredrick Correa  welcomed the Cross. After that prayer service was conducted in the church , led by the youth and the Parishioners.      

The KRYC holy cross was handed over To Kasaragod deanery from ICYM Bola Unit (Mangalore  South Deanery) on 12th October 202. During the handover of The KRYC Holy cross to ICYM Kasaragod deanery the Executive council, Executive Committee Members and ICYM Bola unit Members were present.
