Jan 8 : ICYM Alangar unit in collaboration with Labour, Women's commission, Youth commission, Health, Social Relation Commission, Scheduled caste-Scheduled tribe, Immigrants and Expatriates Commission, Catholic Sabha, Lions Club Alangar, Lions club, Rotary Club Moodbidri, organised a 'Health Camp' on January 5, 2025 at Alangar Church Stage from 9:00am to 01:00pm.

The program began with a short prayer, followed by a welcome speech delivered by Mrs. Annamary Pereira and an Awareness talk by a doctor from Yenepoya Hospital. The team had experts from various medical departments like, Julekha Yenapoya Institute of Oncology (affiliated to Yenepoya University), Yenepoya Dental College and Hospital Netrajyoti Charitable Trust Udupi, Prasad Nethralaya - Super Specialty Eye Hospital, Health and Family Welfare Society (Blindness Department), Mangalore Dr. P. Dayananda Pai and Satish Pai Charitable Trust.
ICYM Alangar unit helped to set up the program the previous night and also managed the registration & token department, dental & eye test, ensuring a smooth and disciplined process. Overall, the program benefited over 200 people and was concluded on time.
