Feb 1 : Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) Vamanjoor Unit, in collaboration with Milagres Degree College Mangalore, organized a Career Guidance Program on January 21, 2024, at the Church mini hall. The focus of the program was to assist PUC students who were uncertain about their future studies by providing valuable insights and ideas.

The event started at 08:30 AM with a prayer. Dignitaries present included Rev. Fr. Michael Santhumayor - Principal of Milagres College, Mr. Denzil Celestine Dcosta - HOD Hospitality Science, Rev. Fr. James Dsouza – Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Ivan Ashwin Dsouza - Assistant Parish Priest, and Mr. Charles Pais - ICYM Animator.

Preethika Dsouza–ICYM President extended a warm welcome to the gathering. Johnson Dsouza – IPP provided a brief introduction and biography of Rev. Fr. Michael and Mr. Denzil Dcosta. Later Rev. Fr. James Dsouza addressed the youth, encouraging them to pursue their dreams and aspirations with determination.

Rev. Fr. Michael Santhumayor took the stage to guide the students on choosing future studies based on their skills and interests.The program wanted to help students by giving them useful advice and inspiration so they could make smart choices about what to study next.
